Alice

LCSW

Alice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through the complex intersections of mental health, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders. She specializes in working with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—whether they are managing anxiety or depression, recovering from addiction, healing from trauma, or rebuilding their relationship with food and their bodies.

Alice leads a multidisciplinary team that provides integrated treatment for clients facing co-occurring disorders, disordered eating, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychoeducation, and strengths-based care.

She holds a Master of Social Work from Barry University and has completed multiple advanced certifications, including trauma-informed CBT, addiction neuroscience, and disability-sensitive care. Alice has practiced in a wide range of settings—from hospitals and detox facilities to community-based programs—and has worked closely with veterans, forensic clients, and survivors of abuse and eating disorders.

At the heart of Alice’s approach is a commitment to creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow. Whether someone is new to therapy or continuing their recovery journey, Alice walks alongside them every step of the way.
