Cade is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals feel whole, connected, and strong. He is committed to supporting clients through their most challenging moments and helping them rediscover hope and motivation.
Cade combines natural compassion and empathy with research-based therapeutic methods to create a powerful and practical approach to healing. He incorporates clear, achievable strategies that move clients forward toward their goals. His sessions focus not only on emotional insight but also on the essential connections between mental health and physical well-being, including the role of sleep, diet, and lifestyle.
Cade draws from a wide range of clinical frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), systems theory, and solution-focused therapy.
His strengths lie in active listening, building trust, and providing tools clients can immediately apply.
