Jenna’s clinical experience includes working with children, teens, families, and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, relationship issues, women’s issues, and life transitions. She is committed to creating a nonjudgmental, supportive space where clients feel heard, challenged, and empowered.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Jenna relocated to Colorado in 2021 and has embraced the active lifestyle and natural beauty of her new home state. With a background in fitness as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer, Jenna continues to value holistic wellness in both her personal life and therapeutic practice.
